Nick is such a nice guy to speak to, he explained everything so well when doing the works. He and his workers Nick no.2, Danny, fitted in 2x windows, key light windows into my semi detached property. A lot of roofers stated I'd need a new roof to put keylight roof windows in, both Nick's stated no I don't. They installed it into my existing roof without any issues. They even identified a issue with my roof ridges, they replaced my roof ridges, placed membranes underneath it and clipped it in very well. All the work they had done, was honest, done to excellence and their workmanship was perfect. Communication was amazing too. Good lads to have at your property to have work done. 2 of my family members have used Nick's services, they are happy too. As a landlord myself, will continue to utilise their services. Trust Home Improvements did an excellent job replacing my flat roof under the funded government scheme. Especially Nick, he was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the materials and workmanship was top-notch, and the new insulation has noticeably improved the warmth and energy efficiency of my home. They completed the job on time and left the site clean and tidy.
